Maoris in Hyde Park!

Hand-Drawn Guides to London!
The Londonist.com challenged readers to come up with their own hand-drawn maps that depict what London meant to them. The idea was an antidote to the phenomenal rise of digital mapping and use of GPS that is very factual and not very organic or friendly.
The maps submitted took them by complete surprise in the quality, depth and use of imagination. The show everything from Brixton’s pubs and cafes depicted on trees to another showing a tour of the citys public toilets.
The maps are so good they have formed a display and are on display at the Museum of London at th 150 London Wall in EC2 until September 11. Entry is Free.
