Chatty Happy!
It’s a shame but a recent survey has found people can’t be bothered with idle chit-chat? London – We live in on in one of the worlds busiest cities and yet it’s apparently one of the loneliest. Is this because of Britons culture which makes us naturally reserved or are we just miserable?
A recent psychology survey found that most people during their commute to work on London’s buses or in the underground don’t talk to their fellow passengers.
They found that we all keep quite preferring to bury our head in the newspaper or listen to music on our i-pods. They believe that most of us avoid talking about things that matter to us in a conversation and don’t make any effort when sitting next to a stranger.
It’s sad but they found most people think chatting with a stranger can be just too much effort but according to the study we should all learn about each other and discover the diversity of the world. Each person is an enigma. A puzzle and a great mystery. They think we should learn to penetrate the puzzle and then the world would become a better more social place.
