East End Birthday Bash
Pop princess Madonna celebrated her 52nd birthday last weekend at exclusive private members house, Shoreditch House in East London. Toy boy lover Jesus Luz (23) was in tow along with a glittering array of celebrities including Billie and her husband Laurence Fox.
Despite the festivities rumour has it that she wasn’t as happy as one would expect at a birthday party. A guest told reporters that she refused to play any music loud and the atmosphere was a sullen affair – more like a wake than a party.
The funeral feel was enhanced by the strange dress code, which requested all partygoers to don head-to-toe black.
Needless to say Madonna arrived fashionable late with her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes.
The guests were served platters of quails eggs with caper mayonnaise, mini fishcakes, peppers and scallops, washed down with £50,000 of champagne and cocktails.
To top it all Madonna was seen slipping out a rear entrance before midnight – perhaps she was scared of turning into a pumpkin?
