Olympic Buildings Tower Skyline

Work is well under way with the building at London’s Olympic Park in East London ahead of the 2012 games.

Photos released show the construction progress of the five big venues – The Olympic Stadium, The Aquatic Centre, Village, Velodrome and the broadcast and media centre.

The impressive structures are already firm fixtures on the East London skyline though more is to come as construction accelerates in the coming months.
