Queen celebrates sixty years as monarch
The sound of gun fire rattled across London yesterday as the Queen celebrated sixty years as our monarch, a forty one gun salute in London’s Hyde Park set the ball rolling for our eighty five year old Queen who is in her diamond jubilee year. Here in London on the third of June over a thousand boats will sail down the river Thames to mark the monumental occasion with the Queen in her boat leading the way, London will be packed to the rafters for the event with most hotels and guest houses already booked in advance, it is going to be a very special year for London with not only the diamond jubilee of the Queen but also the Olympic games as well as this we will be having an extra bank holiday, making London the place to be in 2012

Pussy on the Loose
People in stroud were panic ridden yesterday after footage of a wild panther was filmed in one of the local valleys, the beast measuring around six feet from nose to tail was caught on camera by Coryn Memory, this is not the first time the panther like beast has been spotted, it is however the first time it has been caught on film, wildlife investigator Frank Tunbridge has been investigating wild cats in Britain for nearly twenty five years and regards the footage as conclusive proof that we do have these panther like creatures roaming the Cotswolds. Farmers found two devoured deer carcasses in the same area early last month all these things point to the fact that the beast is living and feeding in this particular area of stroud
, big cats have been spotted on many occasions across Britain with experts believing they were once illegal pets and set free when the owners could no longer cope with the sheer size and ferocity of the animals.

Amanda Holden posed for a photo shoot yesterday with her new baby just a fortnight after she nearly died during child birth, The happy families snap included Amanda with husband Chris Hughes, daughter Lexi, and new addition Hollie Rose, Amanda who is a judge on the popular game show Britain’s got Talent was in intensive care for three days after giving birth to Holly Rose, but now she is fighting fit once more and has been amazed at the love and kind wishes bestowed on her by her many fans and friends alike, Amanda’s place at the auditions for the show in Cardiff was taken by Carmen Electra until Amanda decides to return, which should be in Edinburgh this coming Saturday Amanda who was married to funny man Les Dennis hit the headlines for having an affair with Neil Morrissey,

Ex Cabinet Minister faces jail !!
Chris Huhne resigned yesterday as Energy secretary, The lib dem MP faces up to six months in prison if convicted of making his wife take the rap for his driving offence, Huhne and his wife are facing charges of perverting the course of justice, The millionaire politician who has at least eight homes denied all charges as he spoke from outside his London abode, He intends to fight the charges in court, and hopes that the jury will will give him a not guilty decision. The director of public prosecution announced the charges that Hune will face in court yesterday, Hune was on his way back from a meeting when he was caught by a speed camera, 
but Huhne is saying it was his wife who was behind the wheel not him, Prime minister David Cameron has publicly stated that Mr Huhne has made the right decision by stepping down, and he will receive a £17,000 pay off after leaving the cabinet, but friends say he is unlikely to accept it.

John Terry trial postponed !!
England and Chelsea captain John Terry has had his trial for racial abuse put back until after the European Championship`s this coming summer, Terry who yesterday never attended court got his legal team to persuade a judge at Westminster`s magistrate court to postpone the trial until the 9th of July. 
Terry 31 is accused of hurling racial slurs toward QPR player Anton Ferdinand 26, The postponement will come as a huge relief to England manager Fabio Capello who was under pressure from the public to strip Terry of his captaincy, Anti Racial groups are furious that the Football Association did not impose a ban on Terry as soon as he was charged , John Terry`s legal team said that Mr Terry is looking forward to clearing his name and putting this whole situation to bed!

St Pauls Activists face eviction !!
Anti-capitalist campaigners residing in tent city outside London landmark St Paul`s Cathedral, are becoming more rowdy after hearing The city of London has won a court order to get rid of them, The protesters have also been reacting in a threatening manner to any one of authority who approaches the make shift camp in the heart of the London tourist hot spot.New Bishops who attended a special service were met with a barrage of abuse from the mob, and graffiti has started to appear around the camp, Hooded protesters residing in the camp have been entering London`s most famous cathedral and not leaving when told to do so. 
This has had a knock on effect to worshippers in London who are afraid to attend services in the Cathedral. Ronan McNern from occupy London said all these claims are a publicity stunt to make protesters look bad.
