Angelina Jolie Directorial Debut
Angelina Jolie has made her directorial debut In The Land Of Blood And Honey, the movie is a depiction of the Bosnian war and revolves around a muslim artist who meets and falls head over heels in love with a Serbian police officer, they lose touch with each other after a terrifying bomb blast, and next time their eyes meet she is a prisoner more or less under his custody, but true love kicks in and he saves her from many a terrible ordeal including possible death due to the ethnic cleansing programme. Jolie in her first role as director shows us that love and war do go hand in hand in some scenarios, but overall one gets the impression its her teaching the viewer something rather than telling a story,
the film is worth a watch and it has to be said its an incredible first feature for the incredible looking lady.
