Talks Break Down!

by Supreme69

The heart of the matter is that since the Oyster card was introduced along with more sophisticated ticket machines and electronic barriers in the London Underground fewer staff are needed. So it its only natural that unless staff can be redeployed around the network that staff would be cut.

We do sympathise with staff but could see it coming and hope they are able to get new jobs. In the meantime the proposed series of strikes by Tube workers will begin next week after talks to prevent the walk-out broke down last night after a last ditch attempt to avoid the strike.

The firsts strike is on Monday at 5pm when RMT workers will walk out while the Transport and Salaried Staff Association will join them from 9pm for 24 hours

We don’t confess to know all the detail of the issue but hope it is resolved amicably asap since we all rely on the tube services to get us around our city.

On the days in question avoid being late take a taxi and be sure to enjoy our London Escort Girls.
