What Lurks Below!
A mysterious object was spotted following a scan of the Thames river bed. Lying near London bridge a unidentified object was seen lying on the bottom.
Theories have been speculating and they range from a Nazi mini-sub or V2 missile to a wooden buttress from the old London Bridge. Some have even suggested that it might be a crashed craft from outer space… but they would, wouldn’t they, since the Thames has seen its fair share of mysterious sightings over the years.
We will just have to wait and find out after divers from the Port of London Authority inspect it. Though this is a hazardous job since the River Thames is very murky and visibility is very restricted. Needless to say none of us girls have offered our services.
